1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are an overseas Indian interested in Natty Alpha, please contact us and we will note your interest for future planning.
We serve virtually all serviceable PIN codes across India. A small number of remote or restricted PIN codes may not be serviceable by our carrier network. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout and asked to use a different delivery address or contact our support team.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer the following shipping structure:
- Orders above ₹2,000 — Free shipping
- Orders below ₹2,000 — ₹50 standard shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹50 handling fee applies (in addition to any shipping fee)
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on Sundays or national holidays.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (business days):
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) — 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities — 5–7 business days
- Remote locations (North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) — 7–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. While the majority of orders arrive within these windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with India's leading logistics providers:
- Delhivery — primary partner for most regions
- XpressBees — secondary partner, metro and tier-2 cities
- India Post — remote and hard-to-reach locations
The carrier for your order is determined dynamically based on your PIN code, order value, and carrier capacity at the time of dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier name
- An SMS notification with the tracking link (if you provided a valid phone number)
You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
7. Packaging
- Discreet packaging — Your order ships in a plain brown box or courier bag with no branding, product names, or labels that reveal the contents. The return address says "Being Vedic Pvt. Ltd." without any product reference.
- Tamper-evident seal — Each product container is sealed. Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered with.
- Invoice — A tax invoice is included inside the package for your records.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If your order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts (typically 3 attempts by the carrier), it will be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to confirm a corrected address
- Re-shipping charges (₹50) will apply for re-delivery
- If you do not respond within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund (minus original shipping charges) will be issued within 5–7 business days
9. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you realise the address is incorrect immediately after placing the order, contact us within 2 hours at support@nattyalpha.com. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
10. Damaged or Wrong Product
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please:
- Take photographs of the outer packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nattyalpha.com
- Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
11. Shipping During Holidays and Peak Seasons
During festivals, sales, or other peak periods, delivery timelines may be extended by 2–3 business days due to carrier volume. We recommend ordering early if you need the product by a specific date.
